Prepurchase Examination

Prepurchase exams are an important part of the decision making process in the purchase of a new horse. Our veterinarians perform each prepurchase exam starting with a detailed history of the horse, followed by a comprehensive physical exam including evaluation of conformation and soundness.

Radiographs (x-rays), ultrasound, reproductive tract evaluation, drug screening or blood tests may be recommended by the veterinarian based on physical exam findings, or requested by the prospective buyer.
